PROTECT YOUR FUTURE…. TODAY With Growponics Technology

Tulsa, OK, (Nov, 18, 2010) – More and more economists, political leaders, and news commentators have been tracking food costs in the USA, and some basic foods have gone up in price as much as 10% in the past year, and they are still going up. They point out that the cost of production has gone up because of energy prices, labor, and commodity prices, most of which have been absorbed by the manufacturers until now. However, the time has come that they are forced to add on incremental increases to us, the consumer. And, it will only get worse if tax cuts are not continued into 2011, and when the costs of the Obama Health Care Bill kicks in.

A year from now, the U.S. Census Bureau estimates that the world’s population will top 7 billion people. No matter how much food is produced worldwide, feeding that many people is almost impossible. Demand will cause food prices to increase, starting with the basic commodities that are the bases of most of the foods we eat.

As of today, the population of the USA is estimated to be 310,722,203. There is one birth every 7 seconds, one death every 12 seconds, one new international migrant (net) every 36 seconds, for a net gain of one new person every added to the US population every 12 seconds.

What is causing the upward pressure on our food prices? They are:

  • 1) Increased population
  • 2) Higher energy prices increasing production and shipping costs
  • 3) Shortage of water decreasing open field growing in the salad bowl of the USA, California

In addition, there are increasing problems with pathogens, such as e-coli and Listeria, in our food that not only makes us sick, but can kill.

So, the question is? What is the solution? Is there a way to avoid the higher costs and potential illness and get even HIGHER quality food, leafy greens, herbs, tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, melons, strawberries, etc. THE ANSWER IS: YES.

Next week, I’ll be writing about the unique, proprietary Growponics Americas, LLC, (GPA), shallow-water, hydroponic, commercial, and sustainable growing systems that can be located ANYWHERE near to the marketplace.
